Thank you so much Alison, your words fill my heart with joy and motivation! Some of the rules are really just on paper, most of them people just go around like the food and water. It’s possible to do half trail if you ever planning to go!

I have never been to Machu Picchu as it is located at totally another side of the world for me. Your post is detailed and very helpful to first time visitors. Thanks to your post now i can put Machu Picchu on my list shall we visit South America one day!
